they make me so it an hour after I eat. my numbers are high. I have to take insulin 4x a day. and they keep taking the doses up higher and I've cut back on so much food and watch what I eat. went to sugar free stuff and it's still bad...

@Litzyyy💖: Do you ever spike with anything? I got diagnosed 6 weeks ago, at 24 weeks. My fasting numbers are always below 83. I tested the waters on Monday, because I was very curious and had an Oreo mcflurry and a chocolate chip cookie from McDonald’s and nothing else , no water or food. An hour later I was at 125. I don’t feel like I’ve drastically changed my diet, but I’m trying to avoid a lot of things as well. My fasting numbers are always great even if I have dinner at midnight..
