sometimes im embarrassed because of my scars because people can see them and asume they know my whole story but other times im proud of them because im still alive and they arnt fresh anyone if seeing healed scars in a video especially if its unrelated and the person just happened to have them triggers you its okay to be upset but you shouldn't be saying that it need a tw when the topic is unrelated because the person who has them probly dosent like to think about it either and you should speak to a therapist or look up skills to help cope and look for free resources if you dont have access to one
