I’ve had Spode Christmas tree since forever. I divided them up between both DILs a couple of years ago. My everyday China is solid white. I added white Christmas tree salad plates. I get mine out the day after Thanksgiving and use them until January 6th.

my mom has this one!!! it's possible they've changed the method of production by now, but I would def still recommend hand washing! we only use ours on Christmas Day and only hand wash, but over the years, the gold is still wearing down some.

In 2000, I got a full set of Lenox Eternal and Accent plates of Lenox Holiday Tartan. It was a special edition of Holiday. That way I don’t have two full sets.

When I got married 24 years ago I had a the Eternal Gold Lenox pattern and the Lenox Winter Greetings pattern for Christmas on my wedding registry. I get good use out of these over the years. Your going to have so much fun too 🥰

I have the Spode Christmas Tree and I also swap out my regular dishes for Christmas all month. That’s how I grew up too! It’s fun!

My advice, don't put it in the dishwasher even though it says it's safe. I also have gold edged china and the dishwasher damaged the gold edge after a few washes
