I understand how you feel and it can be frustrating how it can be difficult to find product in the wild. At the end of the day it’s a hobby and market built on connections. We have invoice proof of where we purchased our Delta Reign from, aka a brick and mortar. Most LGS have already gotten Delta Reign in there shop already.

If companies that graded cards started reporting the stolen property to Pokemon Co. instead of grading this shit it’d be a wild ride. Additionally just returning it to the customer ungraded at their cost and permanently banning their account for dealing in stolen goods would send a huge message. Same with TCGPlayer, Collectr, and so on.. any value reports or listings for cards not yet released should result in bans and the listings removed. That would be if these businesses were morally upstanding, so I doubt it will ever happen.

The consumer is not ready for this conversation. What people cannot grasp is this is not a limited resource. The cards are not getting bought and then destroyed. They will be around forever, so there is no rush. Do you know of quickly scalpers would lower prices if they were sitting on product?
