Lived at standard assembly in wedgewood Houston and I loved it so so much but now I heard the traffic is awful. We moved out the weekend the truth opened thank god 😅

You simply cannot trust a new build. Girl go to Donelson and rent a 1980s house. You’ll have way less problems.

I rented from a man who only accepted rent by CHECK that had to be mailed like 2 weeks before rent was due. And anytime something broke YOU had to pay for it and get reimbursed. I left as soon as my lease was up….

I live in a Nashville apartment and they wired the apartment wrong so I can’t plug anything in on one side of the apartment. I have lived here 6 years and yea never had my windows cleaned. Also the windows don’t seal. So fun.

If I told you how insanely good of a deal I had on a downtown/sobro apartment for 6 years, it would make you sick! I see current new build apartment prices and they are astronomical for the apartment size!

Lived on Broadway for years. Moved a few minutes away and you get MUCH more off Broadway. More room and same prices or less. ALL of the downtown and midtown apartments have broken elevators WEEKLY and the residents parking garage is ALWAYS broken. Stay on the outskirts lol

We were done arguing with our apartment so we bought our own washer & dryer and they tried to charge us monthly to have our own 😂
