I can totally relate to this. My dad never said it until he was really old but the thing is that’s that generation they didn’t need to send it. We were just supposed to know so now I absolutely understand Mrs. Vanderpump. She loves deeply and care deeply.

When you are left out of the will of a parent it’s more than just money or a house . It leave’s you questioning your relationship throughout your entire life within that family and it interrupt’s your grief . You don’t know who you are grieving because you realise what you believed to be true may not have been so. It is the cruelest of blows at a time when you are most vulnerable because without an explanation, a previous conversation or a letter - you will never have the motivation behind it. A will is a love letter to those that meant the most to you and to be excluded is the cruelest act a parent can do.

English parents in the 60s, 70s, and 80s were not verbally demonstrative. Lisa has said this herself. She has also said that even though they didn’t say “I love you” she knew that they did. That’s the way it was.
