We push through exhaustion, stress, sickness, worry, and our own personal battles because we know somebody is depending on us. And somewhere in the middle of making sure everybody else is okay, we forget to check on ourselves. I don’t always have it together. Some days I’m just trying to make it through the day like everybody else. But this message from my daughter reminded me of something.
