Grand jury subpoenas went out over possible obstruction in how the office handled cases before federal judges. Neither Krasner nor his top deputy has been charged. The probe follows a September referral from U.S. District Judge Paul Diamond, who said he reluctantly concluded the pair may have violated the law. Krasner calls the findings biased.
