yeah we did that in kitchener Ontario for a crosswalk that one of our students got hit crossing the street in 95. but we had the entire school walk out in the middle of weber Street. then we marched to city hall taking over 3 major city streets. 1200 students all at once. for one cause, our good friend.

That’s unfortunate. That being said, Canada & France have different division of govt w municipalities & local school boards having a decent say on matters in Canada. It would’ve been wayy more effective if those students & their parents reached out to the school board & attended their public meetings to raise issues. Principals of individual schools have little say on the resources they get. Plus, I think there’s an election rn for school trustees.
