@milldogrescue: We have seven dogs who have been waiting for 5+ months. Our goal: Seven adoption applications for National Adoption Week.   BJ is one of the sweet faces we're hoping someone will fall in love with! 📍Available at NMDR Colorado   ❤️ Meet BJ, a handsome five-and-a-half-year-old Bichon Frise who's been waiting for his chance at a loving home.   BJ is a quieter little guy who's still getting comfortable with new people and unfamiliar places. With patience, encouragement, and a little consistency, he has so much potential to build confidence and discover the joys of being someone's beloved companion. 🐾   He's looking for a calm, patient home with a securely fenced yard, and having another confident dog around could help him feel more at ease. BJ is also currently receiving heartworm treatment, so his adopter will need to continue his care plan with scheduled visits to NMDR. An in-person meet-and-greet is required.   He's one of our seven longest-waiting residents, and we'd love to see his name on an adoption application this week!   Could BJ be the little companion your home has been missing?   📍 Available at NMDR Colorado
