@lorenestates: Inside a newly built modern estate on Linda Flora Drive in Bel Air, with ocean views. Ten million pounds of reinforced concrete, cantilevered over the ridgeline. Conceived by developer Tim McElwee and architect Jeffrey Eyster, AIA, the residence is shaped through mass, precision, and restraint: cantilevered volumes, monumental spans, and sharply carved planes against the horizon. Walls of glass and floor-to-ceiling pivot doors open to sweeping terraces and a knife-edge infinity pool reaching toward the ocean. Angled concrete columns, board-formed concrete ceilings, warm wood, and polished terrazzo flow from inside to out. A monolithic stone island kitchen, a concealed second kitchen, and an entire level for the primary suite with a private roof garden. Plus a screening room, sauna, steam, spa, and two pools on different levels. Six bedrooms, nine baths, approximately 10,946 square feet. Pivot doors, angled concrete columns, or the knife-edge infinity pool: which detail stopped you first?
