في حلويات طعمها من طيبة قلب امهاتنا 😍 المبروشة بالمربى | Jam Crumble Bars 😍 📝 المكونات: - 2 بيضة - 1 ملعقة كبيرة فانيلا - ½ كوب سكر - ⁠1 م ك برش ليمونه - 1 كوب من الزيت النباتي والسمن المخلوطين معًا - 3 أكواب طحين - 1 ملعقة كبيرة بيكنج باودر - مربى حسب الرغبة للحشوة 👩🏻‍🍳 طريقة التحضير: 1️⃣ نخفق البيض مع السكر والفانيلا جيدًا حتى يصبح لون الخليط فاتحًا، ثم نضيف خليط الزيت والسمن ونحرّك حتى تتجانس المكونات. 2️⃣ نضيف الطحين تدريجيًا مع البيكنج باودر، ونعجن حتى نحصل على عجينة متجانسة وطرية، كما هو موضح في الفيديو. 3️⃣ نقسم العجينة إلى قسمين: ثلث وثلثين. نضع الثلث الأصغر في الفريزر لمدة 15 دقيقة تقريبًا. 4️⃣ نفرد ثلثي العجينة في صينية مدهونة بالزيت، ثم نوزّع المربى على الوجه حسب الرغبة. 5️⃣ نخرج العجينة من الفريزر ونبشرها بالتساوي فوق طبقة المربى. 6️⃣ ندخل الصينية إلى فرن محمّى مسبقًا على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية، ونخبزها من الأسفل أولًا حتى تنضج، ثم نحمّر الوجه من الأعلى حتى يصبح ذهبي اللون. وصحتين وعافية! 😍❤️ --- 🍓 Jam Crumble Bars | Mabrousha 😍 📝 Ingredients: - 2 eggs - 1 tbsp vanilla - ½ cup sugar - 1 cup vegetable oil and ghee, combined - 3 cups all-purpose flour - 1 tbsp baking powder - Jam of your choice, for the filling 👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions: 1️⃣ Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla until the mixture becomes light in color.
