@aussiemammoth1: I came to America to speak about The Final Departure. Today, I’ve been asked to wash a young brother who used to watch my reminders. SubhanAllah. This USA tour with Miftah Events and Miftah Institute has been such a blessing. We’ve visited Dallas, Detroit, Chicago, Minnesota and New York, and today we were in Columbus, Ohio. Houston, Dallas and LA are still ahead, inshaAllah. Over a thousand people came together in Columbus. So much love, so many people coming to remember the reality that every single one of us will face. But today, I also received heartbreaking news. A young brother was murdered yesterday while attending a janazah. He went to pray for someone who had passed away, and now his own family are grieving him. His brothers told me he used to watch my videos and encourage them to watch too. They asked if I would wash him before I leave. InshaAllah, I will have that honour. To be trusted by a grieving family to care for their loved one is an amanah I never take lightly. My brothers and sisters, these reminders are for me before anyone else. We speak about death, we attend funerals, but none of us knows when our own final departure will come. Alhamdulillah for the blessing of serving our communities, standing beside grieving families and giving our deceased their rights. May Allah forgive this young brother, grant him Jannatul Firdous and give his family sabr. May Allah accept this journey and make our reminders and our service a witness for us on the Day of Judgment. Ameen.#usa #tiktok #themuslimundertaker #trending #fyp
