The investigation revealed that the dangerous offender systematically targetted online networks to source and circulate extreme media. Harris used his home computer systems as a mechanical necessity to download thousands of illicit files—including maximum-severity Category A images—before using messaging platforms to distribute the material to other online perverts. He attempted to operate undetected, but a targeted raid by Wiltshire Police’s Child Internet Exploitation team completely smashed his ring. Detectives intercepted his electronics in September 2019, unearthing a massive vault of child abuse files alongside a separate cache of extreme pornography, proving he was trading the files for his own sick gratification.
