Duct tape around drafty doors and windows. You can also use wet towels. Turn off the AC (your ac can turn your home into a negative and draw the chemical in) and any attic fans. Tape up any outdoor ventilation. If you have indoor air purifiers, run them in the room you're in, which should be an interior, isolated room with no outside ventilation.
