For me, I’d always consider a partial payment if there’s no interest attached and I have a stable income, honestly 🤷🏾♀️. Then I’d put that money towards my shorter-term goals instead. Works for me :)

in the US, credit is so vital for a lot of things😭 usually i’d use credit for something i know i will pay back like hotels, flights, subscriptions etc

I think the habit comes with being Nigerian, we're so used to paying for things upfront so the "buy now,pay later" feels weird and I'd rather save up and get something than pay in installment because now I'm giving you extra money as interest and I don't want to be doing that 😭🤲🏾
