Same here, when the API reading was high, I started to cough and there was a little blood in the phlegm as well, even became asthmatic. The haze is really making me sick.

i remember 2015. ny first time to Beijing. that time Haze from Factories is so serious i cough Blood too. just on the 2nd day when i arrived.was there for 7 days. took me me ard 2 months to recover.

Wear mask everyone. Even with PJ API it's like smoking 7 cigarettes a day. Our lungs becomes inflamed as it tries to filter out the air borne particles.

Everyday I was looking at motorcyclist running around on bikes without mask on worst still with their children too PLEASE MOTOCYCLIST WEAR YOUR MASK ! it’s not safe govt hospitals are full no beds available everyone is on the wheelchairs 😭 take care Malaysians ❤️
