@asthmavsinhaler: I'm planning on only pumping because my nippies are super sensitive. Like it actually sends me into a rage when things brush up against them😅 #postpartum #pregnant #pregnancytips #postpartumjourney #soontobemom

Do not pump if your nipples are sensitive mine are too honestly pumping hurts soooo much more than just breast feeding

I’m on my 3rd and I just realized that babies cry differently depending on what they need so try to learn the different cries also get dressed up everyday even if you have nowhere to go it helps with ppd

Get out of the house as soon as you can. Learn how to baby wear correctly now so you don't end up suffocating your baby or hurting their hips. Babywearing counts as tummy time and is really helpful if your baby has reflux or fights sleep. Try and get in one nap while baby sleeps during the day. Chores can wait for your sanity 😅 Plus doing chores while they are awake helps them get used to you taking care of the house. My kids learned to just hangout in the kitchen while I cooked or follow me around the house while I cleaned. All kids have to learn how to be bored. You do not have to entertain them all day. Giving them toys to play with while you put clothes away is ok. It's even OK to let them cry for a couple minutes so you can finish your task.

🥺🥺🥺Sleep now while you can and always stay hydrated 🙏🙏🙏and when you become a mom always feel your body when you get tired rest because it’s easier for your body to give up and lastly eat healthy and always trust your instincts when it comes to your baby🙏🙏🙏good luck dear!

I SPENT money on that credit card. We woke up. At some point got dressed, left the house, and I’d buy at least a coffee. Money comes, money goes. Sure there’s always a smarter way, but saving myself from post partum depression was what I was focused on

You know those heating pads with the vibration setting? Whenever my baby was having gas pain, I would have him do tummy time on the vibration setting to help.

Bring an electric heating pad with you to the hospital to help with postpartum and continue to use it at home. It will help with the cramps!
