Huny , i have lived w/ digest issues for over 30 years. Had every test, scan, etc. Nothing. 😳🥺 Get ur tests and then see. My diagnosis: its my anxiety. I truly helieve my vagas nerve is jacked 🙃😉 my body reacts however it wants. Mentally im very strong. Try to find something that helps that isn’t pharmaceuticals. Then just keep trying things … 🙏🏼💪🏽🙌🏽💯😎🥰 You got this. Who knows ur body best ???

There are a few things that can cause this. If this has continued for more than a few days it’s a good idea to see your doctor. I’m not a doctor but I’m an advocate from a GI nonprofit and I can go through symptoms with you.

Same, they checked me for everything thankfully only gastritis, I’ve had it since I was a teen.
