@by_samanumer: Afghani Chicken 🍗🤍 Ingredients: * 1 kg chicken * 2 onions * 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste * 10–12 green chillies * 1½ bunches coriander * 1 bunch mint * 100 g cashews * 50 g curd + 50 g fresh cream * 1 tbsp black pepper * ½ tbsp chaat masala * ½ tbsp chicken powder * 1 tbsp garam masala * Salt to taste * Oil, butter, cinnamon, black peppercorns and green cardamom Method: * Blend onions, ginger-garlic paste, chillies, coriander, mint and cashews into a smooth paste. * Marinate chicken with the paste, curd, cream and spices for 1 hour. * Fry chicken until golden brown. * Heat oil and butter, add whole spices and reserved marinade. * Add chicken and cook covered on low heat until fully cooked and oil separates. * Garnish with fresh cream and coriander.
