A customer once told me he wanted to talk to someone bigger than me. (I was overweight at the time.) I told him I was the biggest person in the office. He got mad and said there had to be someone bigger. I told him until I lost weight, there was not anyone bigger than me. He called me a few names and hung up on me. 🤷🏽♀️

I’m an office manager and even if you’re kind and respectful, believe me they will still have an attitude with you. Some you can show the facts and they will reason with you, others will not budge. They’re upset when they call, they’re in an arguing mood and no moving of mountains is going to make them happy.
