This is a dish I’ve eaten and loved for as long as I can remember ✨ Besides pressure cooking instead of slow cooking, I tried to make it as similarly to how my mom made it but she didn’t answer the phone when I need her 🤪 Here’s how I made it: Ingredients - 3lbs Corned Beef - 1 Small Onion - 32oz Beef Broth - Corned Beef Seasoning Packet - 1/4 cup Brown Sugar - 2 tsp Adobo - 1 tsp Black Pepper - 2 tsp Garlic Powder - 3 or 4 Carrots (cut into large chunks) - 1lb Baby Potatoes - 1 Small Green Cabbage (cut into wedges) Instructions 1. Cut one small onion into chunks and sauté in Insta Pot until softened 2. Rinse excess brine off of corned beef and place into instant pot on top of onions, fat side up 3. Add in seasonings 4. Add 32oz of broth 5. Pressure cook on high for 1.5 hours 6. Prepare other veggies 7. Quick release the steak and remove brisket 8. Add in veggies and pressure cook on high for 5 minutes 9. Quick release and assemble plate 10. Enjoy ☺️
