No, if they ask you out of the car, you can say no, thank you.If they order you out of the car , then you ask them what their lawful legal reason is for ordering you out of the car so you can be clear officer.And when they say officer safety, then you ask them.So I can be clear and not make you any more afraid of me than you are.What about me makes you afraid for your officer safety?Because then you're gonna make him admit that in front of a courtroom full of people most cops won't , and then he has no reason to get you out of the car and your case is dismissed
