ITS SAD how kids have change over the years ! 😔 .. I help my parents with my tuition money to buy a house 🏠 I don’t regret it at all .. My family needed a roof over our heads - I knew I was young enough to work and go back to school but my family will always be there .

Probably going to get hate. That’s fine, but if my child’s not doing anything to help them selves in terms of college and trying to be an independent adult, I can’t say I wouldn’t do the same. The way this child is speaking to his parents feels like entitlement. Yes I’m going to help my kids as much as I can, but they have to help them selves too. I see disrespect on both sides, but it seemed like a lot of people forgot our roles as parents. Set your kids up with the tools to survive even after you’re gone. That includes self sufficiency

Why aren’t people understanding that the father wasted the money on a truck? Like that was his whole future wasted on a truck, people be saying that if that was my kid and all that but your not getting the picture, a parent saved that money for his sons future and then wasted it on a truck, that irresponsible, especially for a father, and right now the kid want entitled, he just found out his whole future went into a truck, that’s a normal reaction

from what I understood it looks like the son wasn't going to college, wasn't studying, working hard to get a good career. did the dad do something wrong yes, but the reality is that we all do stuff wrong. He did what he taught would make the son listen. He risked everything to get his son to live life.
