Doing Guardian of the Ancient Ruins in Crimson Desert? This Tariv Sorcerers faction quest starts by having you observe the constellations at Stones of Time and Sheltering Rocks in Demeniss. The two important constellations here are the Shield constellation at Stones of Time and the Hammer constellation at Sheltering Rocks. Once both are registered, the quest advances into Pillar of Light atop the Mountain. One important thing the game does not explain very clearly: having the Constellation Helm equipped on your character is not enough by itself. You also need to place the helmet into the appropriate slot on the quick-use/hotkey wheel. On PC, players report using the helmet from that wheel with B; on controller, use the activation prompt shown for your setup. If the helmet seems equipped but will not activate, check that second quick-wheel slot first. In my video, I show the exact spots on both the world map and mini-map where you need to stand/look so you can register the required constellations. Warning before you continue: after the Shield and Hammer constellations are registered, the quest progresses to Pillar of Light atop the Mountain at the Gate of Truth. You will need to clear the enemies around the area, investigate the pillar of light, and then fight Antiquum, the Stonewalker. Antiquum has multiple combat phases, including its assembled Stonewalker form and a floating-pieces phase where it attacks with lasers. After defeating Antiquum, finish clearing the remaining stone constructs around the Gate of Truth and pick up the Abyss Artifact so the quest properly advances. Completing this portion of Guardian of the Ancient Ruins rewards you with The Gate of Truth, Earthsplitter for Oongka, the Antiquum/Stonewalker entry, and an Abyss Artifact.
