Senior, when a prison officer dies, the state pays only Ghs250 for coffin ⚰️and riffs (3). Funeral grants officers at the station have to pay for their colleague burial. Successive governments have treated prisons as an after thought.

The truth of the matter is that.the IGP and the CDS can never make this statement because it will compromise on the security situation on the country.wat people shud understand is that every security institution in this country has their own problems.just that the big guys(police/millitary)can’t come out to talk abt their own.the small ones can openly talk abt theirs without any repercussions
