Guys, they boil their water before drinking. She means boil it to sanitize it, then let it hit room temperature. If you’re in a part of the US that has clean water you can skip that step.

It's cold boiled water because they usually boil the water to "clean it" as tap water isn't necessarily drinkable. So after boiling it, you'll have clean water in which you make it cold. TLDR: Boiled water=Clean/Drinkable water
