The constitution clearly states “the right to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed” to keep means to own, and to bear means to carry. That’s pretty clear.

Any law against having a gun is a violation of the second amendment. The idea concealed weapons needing permits has always been insane to me. I mean what criminal is gonna obey the law anyways so why put the people who do obey the law through hoops to defend themselves.

In reality, if his gun wasn’t concealed, he would be less likely to be mugged because criminals prefer to mug people who are not armed. Also, if he wasn’t fast enough because he did what he did to everybody could be killed. Reality of doing what he did was thrown in GTA4 mission in bank
