Guyyyyyyyy like when did we get to this point? The version of love I know and grew up in, was love of God, respect, genuiety and sacrifice. Rather than keeping scores over who calls first or not, I just do it as my heart tells me. I once dated someone for 2 years, I was the one always calling, texting and I didn't even keep scores, although it was foolish on his side to not reciprocate but the point is, if you're there because you choose this person, love doesn't keep scores of right or wrong, nobody is going to win over the other, we are in this together! This generation is cooked for real. And it's exhausting cos mindsets have been altered and the search for something beautiful has become so difficult. I weep for how far we've missed it.
