in Arabic too, we don't have toes and we got confused with hands and arms, yeah, we don't have good translation for nervous or anxious as well and some feelings are just confusing, like these are just translation to 'worry', like, bro. we don't have the word siblings as well, we just call them depends on which ones are more, brothers or sisters. we mix calm and quiet as well which is just one word which is annoying actually. (talking from my perspective, ofc)
