We went straight to a soy based diet and formula. Saved me and my diet and fixed the reflux all in one as formula is heavier than breast milk. He grew out of it after a couple years. He was my 3rd. 1st was also non diary but it was his skin, 2nd was gluten free and 3rd non diary! X

I did and it made a huge difference to my little one. I actually stumbled across it myself. It was like I had a completely different baby overnight!
