Girl do some massages on your c section all over that pouch area with some oil every night for like 2 minutes and your shelf will get smaller and smaller trust me I learnt this on my 3rd c section and I wish I new it for my first lol it really does help I have no shelf now and I’m 7 months pp

thankyou just showed my wife, she's 8 weeks postpartum, 6th bub, 5th c section and she cried cos she's always telling me how much she misses being smaller than she is right now and isnt allowed to train yet - drs orders. my wife said thankyou and you are appreciated🙏🏽 (she doesn't have social media)
