when you lose someone and realize how many times you overthought your words 2 or 3 times instead of just telling them how you felt... man. prisoners of the unsaid helped me deal with that guilt when nothing else could.

I think I trying to save everyone life at work that I’m at the point of burnout and as someone who the line between someone life or death I need to slow down and remind my self I need a break and I can’t save everyone life even if I try don’t get me wrong I love working in healthcare but It does get to me mentally and physically
