Yes, i was humiliated alot back at my previous workplace. To a point my boss said, that i need to get my brain checked in front of everyone. I endup needed mental health check and treatment.

My director who I report to had a situation that some allegations were brought to her by a staff member in which I had nothing to do with it. After further investigation it was dropped but my boss decided to assume it was me, but she had a one on one with me about the work but in actuality it was related to the situation in which she called me out closed door if I am racist and sexist. I took it very hard as a male who works with everyone and staff appreciate the help and support. How do I handle it? Should I write back to her about the conversation and give her a chance or bring it up to HR?

I had a coworker speak negatively about me at a lunch that she had with other coworkers who don't even know me. This happened in a public setting. I was not there but a brand new coworker was, heard her and told me. I didn't even confront her. Just told hr. We'll see what happens. Probably nothing because this girl gets away with everything.

talking privately is really impossible, the way how narcissist she is not gonna work in the end it is still my fault and by the way she agreed on the things she's complaining about now like I do this process for half a year but then suddenly she asks why I do this, like? I ask you if it is okay to take this approach and she agreed and now she bombarded me with the same questions with the same answer like for that whole day keeps asking the same things like I thought it is fine already cause you stop asking a while ago then here you are again asking the d@mn same questions
