Na farko. This happens because many producers in Arewa don’t truly understand their worth and value in the music industry. Some are afraid of losing a particular artist, so they end up treating the artist like a king, even when the artist may not be contributing enough financially to justify that level of respect and commitment. The irony is that while a producer is busy trying to please one celebrity because of their influence, there may be other artists who are willing to pay even more for their services. Yet, the producer chooses to prioritize the celebrity simply because of their status and popularity, a arewa kenan fa. That is one of the major problems facing some music producers in Arewa. They focus too much on an artist’s influence and forget the value of their own talent, creativity, time, and hard work. As a producer, you must understand that your talent is valuable. Respect artists, but don’t worship them. Build professional relationships, set your standards, and know your worth. Never let an artist’s fame make you forget your own value. maganar gaskiya har yanzu Hausa singers or industry are still in lack of knowledge about all this stuff.... this is business not play. most of the time babu contract signed before any project which will give you opportunities to benefit from your work, you only do the job and leave it, secondly you as producer you don't sign young artists with standard agreement/contract to make them stars and gain from them you left them suffer to become what they want how do you expect him to back and give you when he make it or got any opportunity, producers are the backbone of singers none of one of them can do without one another. sorry to say this hausawa sunada bakin cikin junansu basa son cigaban juna shiyake jawo rashin cigaba atsakani.. I've been into this industry both kannywood and nollywood for more than 15years Hausa people need to make changes on this.
