Agree! There are some people who will complain about everything, and if you did exactly what they wanted, they'd find something to complain about then too. I'm not sure what they expect...a second story to the mountain maybe? I mean there's no room to build out so they're kind of limited 🙄 There are tons more enrichment play items now compared to 10 months ago...chains, ropes, hoses, regular swings, tire swings, a tunnel, concrete blocks to hide in, "trees" to climb, updates to the playground, air conditioning, shade platforms that will serve multiple purposes, soil areas that may have grass in it next spring, etc. The zoo has been responsive to the needs of the little ones by lowering the level of the pond water and adding a wading pool for the hotter months. The shade platforms, bucket and soil areas will add different levels to feeding time possibly preventing some of the arguments that can occur during these times. What more do these hateful people want? Barbie's dream house??? Should they paint the mountain pink and add a toy corvette for them to drive around? 🙄 Some people choose to be miserable and just want to spread the misery. I'm happy for all the monkeys and grateful for the zookeepers attentiveness and care. None of this would have been possible if they hadn't had the compassion to make sure one little baby monkey survived and thrived in a very difficult situation that is always changing and adapting to the moods of the troop.

I totally agree with you.... all they do is complain, get sick of it. Anyway upgrading or adding new stuff needs to be done bit by bit and to change everything takes months to years to complete 😏

Looks like the young ones are loving their new home and having loads of fun! The design was probably centered around them to protect them from the aggressive adults/young adults. I wonder if the grown ups are as enthusiastic as the kids! 😃
