@mags730: Workplace bullying isn’t always loud or obvious. Sometimes it looks like constant criticism, being excluded, getting undermined, and being made to feel like YOU are the problem when you finally speak up. 🚩 Being professional doesn’t mean accepting disrespect. Know the pattern, document repeated incidents, and protect your peace. Have you ever dealt with a workplace bully? 👀 #workplacebullying #toxiccoworker #workplacedrama #bullying #toxicworkplace
I did, I went to my supervisor, I didn’t get anything from her. They might have talked with her. When the comments and jabs kept going. At a month in that dept. I went to the director. My supervisor and director both excused her actions. I am to make amends. I guess I wronged her first and this is my punishment. I thought pt care was top priority, I asked around and changed an appt that the nurse was asking me to do for a sick kid. I undermined the coworker that said we can’t change it. From this experience, the coworkers feelings are more important than the pt. That is very sad.

You're you're so speaking the truth. I work with a bunch of individuals, mainly women who behave like that. sometimes I feel like I'm still in high school and I've been out of high school for over 30 years!

I agree with you 100%. In my opinion, the comment… “That’s just how they are” Is a red flag. That’s an enabler problem.
