Imo he is lucky to work 40 yrs at the same place. It’s not like we don’t need to work. Gotta work somewhere. Having the privilege to do it all at the same place is amazing.

I’ve given up giving it more than 100% at work. I do my job right and make sure I can walk away from a job saying “yes I did my best.” But I’m not going over above and beyond anymore. I choose to enjoy life outside of work. I’m nothing but a number to them. At home I’m so much more
