No. As of 21 October 2026, the US Senate has not passed the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act (CLARITY Act). The latest position is: 17 July 2025: Passed the House of Representatives, 294–134. 14 May 2026: Approved by the Senate Banking Committee. 15 September 2026: Failed a Senate procedural vote, 49–50. It needed 60 votes to advance. 21 October 2026: The legislation remains pending in the Senate. It has not become law.
