@jessmerize: If you’re a little more in your feelings than usual today, come here for a minute. 🤍 This Reiki is for the person who does not need advice right now. You do not need to “get over it,” cheer up, or explain why you feel the way you do. Maybe you just need a little gentleness. A little love. A little reminder that you are still worthy of being cared for, even on the days when your heart feels extra tender. Let this energy be sent in your direction with the intention of comfort, softness, peace, and feeling emotionally held. Take a slow breath. Let your shoulders drop. You do not have to carry the whole feeling at once. If this found you at the right time, type “I receive the love” 🤍✨ in the comments. #reiki #gentlereiki #asmrreiki #healingenergy #emotionalhealing
