Coming back certainly brings back nostalgic memories! ❤️ With over 70 years of heritage and now into its 3rd generation, this original stall at Whampoa Market is run by the sister, keeping the family recipe alive. 🍜 I love their dry noodles tossed in signature sambal sauce with fragrant fried shallots. The prawn broth isn't the thick, kaw kaw type, but has that traditional umami flavour with a hint of rock sugar sweetness. 💰 Take note: Extra ingredients cost more, even fried shallots!
