@pilgraemmss.peacss: Here’s something I’ve been thinking about. We often assume that knowing someone for a long time means we understand them better than anyone else. But people aren’t photographs. They don’t stay frozen in the moment we first came to know them. Their experiences change. Their interests evolve. Their perspectives shift. Sometimes quietly enough that we don’t even notice. And without meaning to, we can end up relating to an older version of someone instead of the person standing in front of us today. That’s where emotional intelligence becomes especially important. Understanding someone isn’t just remembering who they’ve been. It’s staying curious about who they are now. Maybe some of our relationships would grow stronger if we occasionally approached the people we’ve known forever with the same curiosity we bring to someone we’re meeting for the first time. After all, there’s always something new to discover about another human being. If this resonates, stay tuned. Let’s keep becoming—one day, one moment at a time. #SelfAwareness #EmotionalIntelligence #HumanConnection #PersonalGrowth #LifeLessons
