I didn't have enough Strong White flour so I did an almost 50/50 mix with Wholemeal and added more liquid.... very happy with the results for first try!!

I made this from meliz too . Its so nice . I also buy this regularly from my local Mediterranean food centre . Its amazing toasted the seeds give off so much flavour
