Watch his video you’ll see that he was standing in the middle of the road walking towards the vehicle. He jumped on the hood of the vehicle. The vehicle did not get him. He had the vehicle that’s why he art so smoothly.

I don't see him getting hit. It shows the vehicle going around him then he rolls on the ground in a fashion that doesn't suggest he got hit. Maybe the mirror brushed him at the most but then why was he in the road.
