I’m keeping my iPhone 17 Pro Max. I went to the Apple store picked up the duo. It is not what I expected. texting with one hand was hard and you better pray to God you’re right-handed. I travel as well, and I have a 13 inch iPad Air. If I want to watch movies or multitask or turn my iPad into a small laptop. That’s still something that I would rather keep separate than having that on one device when I’m trying to text someone or take a call, so I won’t have to do all that from a small duo screen Even if you’re sending a text message, the whole screen gets covered up by you trying to text. I feel like the average person is going to use the outer display 80% of the time and the inner display 20% of the time, maybe when they’re home or when they’re on break at work. Also, most of the apps aren’t optimized That’s another thing I noticed. Also, my iPhone 17 Pro Max has a better camera than the duo, which is very important to me. For 2400 after tax and maybe a phone case I can’t justify it. If it had three cameras in the same camera system as the iPhone 18 Pro Max OK maybe, but not for me I believe I’m gonna wait until they make a foldable phone, the same dimension as the iPhone 17 Pro Max that will be more up my alley that way they can put three cameras on the phone and make it similar to what Samsung did with the Galaxy fold 8 ultra A big one and a small one. Everyone doesn’t want a small wide foldable phone like that. Especially if you use your phone for work and you need one-handed use, you’re gonna have a hard time
