After 20 years i quite last May. I can honestly say i rarely had a good day as a teacher. In my new job i have yet to have a bad day. I feel better mentally and physically. Iv never been happier

Girl prove them wrong in every aspect. I have a spreadsheet that I share with evaluators that goes by every criteria of the evaluation and I list evidence. When they score me down I set a meeting and pull up my evidence. The scores change. You’re doing amazing- sometimes (sadly) you have to MAKE them see it. It’s more work for me (duh) but when haven’t us teachers been doing the most of anyone in the building.
