All that's missing now is a woman from the big city who works for a real estate agency. She's sent to your little town to convince you to sell, so the castle can be torn down and replaced with a shopping mall. And all of this right before Christmas! Within just a few days, she falls in love with the castle and the town. She helps you with the renovations, and together you manage to pull it off just in time for the annual Christmas cookie contest (or gingerbread house competition) to be held in the castle's grand ballroom. She's a natural at advertising and marketing, and she puts her talents to work promoting your castle. Using your grandmother's secret recipe, she even wins the contest! Meanwhile, her boss notices she isn't making any progress and shows up in town the day before Christmas Eve to talk to you himself. The offer is far too good to refuse, and despite all the renovations, you're completely broke, so you're on the verge of signing. Just then, she comes running in and stops you at the last second. In a heartfelt speech, she tells you she has rediscovered the magic of Christmas and that she loves you. She's staying to help you finish the renovations and market the castle, so you can turn it into a bed and breakfast and stay together happily ever after!

I love watching you guys rebuild this castle. It’s absolutely beautiful. The curtains look so good up way higher. That was definitely a good decision. Hope all three of you keep up the good work. It’s really coming along. I look forward to seeing your videos.
