How is no one grasping this: yes you can turn right on red unless it stated not to however there is no separate turn lane and the front car needs to go straight so obviously they have to stay stopped at the light like..???

The right lane is NOT for just right hand turn! It’s straight or ability to turn right on red. There’s no turning signal, and you can’t just force yourself to cut someone off to turn. That was not a lane! He basically rode on the oncoming traffic lane.

I’ve been noticing people doing this so much more in Minnesota too!! It’s terrifying how many people think it’s okay to illegally get into an oncoming traffic lane, go around other waiting cars, and make an illegal turn at a red light (yes it’s illegal due to them not actually being in the right lane to turn)😭😔
