Showing up in that mental state shows great courage all the same though, hope he can find some support and get through this stage in his life. Our minds can become dark and dangerous places to be in isolation.

Too many people have lost their battle with depression, as human beings we all need to rally round and let Mark Allen know how much he's loved and there is light at the end of the tunnel. Only when you have been in the darkest deepest valley will you know how beautiful it is to stand in the mountain top! Everyone bombard mark Allen with love

I wish Mark well and Rachael was so empathetic. Even when she spoke with his friend that he was playing against , he was heartbroken over his friend. I cried my eyes out.
