What an exceptional masterclass of a coffee shop. I've heard so much about Prufrock, yet, it was so different to what I was expecting. We went during prime lunch time and it was quite loud and packed. I didn't know this but they have table service here and a full menu of great looking food. I didn't try any, because I was tunnel vision locked on this Flat White I was about to experience. But I'm looking forward to trying something next time. The first thing that caught my eyes when I walked in was the stacked to-the-brim retail shelves. There was all sorts of coffee and equipment here. I obviously had to pick up some Square Mile and DAK whilst I was here. Also this place is huge, there's a great amount of seating, whether you're stopping by for a full meal or coffee - which speaking of, my Flat White was oustanding. Crazy smooth roast with a perfect temperature and potent flavours. Crazy fruity roast, but not too overwhelming. The perfect balance. One thing I want to shout out, which I don't comment on often during my reviews, was the staff. They were all really lovely and all so pleasant to deal with. My experience at Prufrock was exceptional. Amazing coffee, extremely pleasant staff and an all round great time.
